Mandatory Unboxing Video
To ensure absolute fairness, we require a clear, uncut 360-degree unboxing video to process any claims regarding damaged glass bottles, leaks, or missing items. Without this video verification, we cannot approve refund or replacement requests for transit damages.

We do not offer general returns or exchanges.
As a trusted provider of Homeopathic medicines, the hygiene and unadulterated purity of our products are our absolute top priorities. Once a medicinal product or health supplement leaves our temperature-controlled facility, we cannot accept it back into our inventory to ensure 100% safety standards for all our customers. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
2 Refunds for Damaged Transit Items
While we pack every glass bottle, tincture, and supplement with extreme care using multi-layer bubble wrap, damages can rarely occur during courier transit. If you receive a damaged or leaking product, you are eligible for a replacement or refund under the following strictly enforced conditions:
- The damage or leakage must be reported within 24 hours of the package being marked as "Delivered".
- Proof Required: A continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed shipping label first, followed by the opening of the package and clearly showing the damage.

Once your unboxing video is verified and your refund is approved by our team:
- We will initiate the refund from our secure gateway within 48 hours.
- The amount will be credited back directly to your original source of payment (UPI, Credit Card, or Bank Account) within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank's processing times.
